Kanto Psychiatric Ward

A ward in a Kanto region psychiatric hospital that was forced to close after a string of fraud accusations and human rights violations resulted in a number of deaths. It now sits in a state of neglect — room after room of empty beds and grubby walls that no doubt bore witness to some haunting sights over the years.
