Shadows and Shoji

This is the state of an apartment above a disused bathhouse in Tokyo. Abandoned nearly a decade ago, the bare rooms have become a stage for an ephemeral array of shapes, shadows and colours as the sun shines through the shoji (sliding paper doors).
