The Band Room

This band room in a derelict elementary school remains quiet some two decades after the school closed its doors for the last time. In the silence one can imagine the racket that once filled this space - the beating of drums, and the faltering steps of a melody keyed by scores of children who have long since grown up. This somewhat somber scene perks up most mornings around 10 when the room floods with sunshine.
