The Last Dance
The remains of this rotting piano are the last vestige of a hotel lounge forced to close its doors due to lack of business after Japan’s economic bubble burst in the early 1990s. Judging from the size of the hotel and its plush green surroundings this was not a cheap place to stay and dance the night away. The last dance will have ended some 30 years ago, and the structure, like the piano, now sits in ruins.
